Omg! If I could give a 10 star review I would. My 25 year old built in trash compactor broke this Saturday evening so I looked for an appliance repair company. This one seemed local and had many 5 star reviews. It also said they were open so I called them. The phone was answered by a real person who asked me for the make of the compactor and said he would check with the technician to see of he could work on it. He got right back to me and said yes and they had a 7:00 appointment! Albert, the amazing technician, called me twice to update me on his eta as he was on the other job longer than anticipated. When he got here he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did not give up on a very tricky situation. He found the problem and will be back to fix it when he gets the part. My technician was punctual, set a fair price and didn't upsell me on parts for my dishwasher repair. He explained a potential problem that might mean he would have to try a different plan to get the dishwasher working. He was right: the first fix didn't hold, and he came and fixed it at no extra charge - just for the part. Plus, it seemed like he was genuinely concerned about getting the work done right, and as quickly as possible. Incredibly fair and honest! Also, months later, the dishwasher still works great. Left the kitchen clean, was very polite, and provided helpful maintenance tips. Highly recommended for any appliance repair needs and I will definitely use them again. ~ Dan B

I had a problem with the defrost cycle on my JennAir refrigerator. I called an authorized service company, but they told me the issue couldn’t be fixed because the control board was no longer available on the market. They said the only solution was to replace the entire refrigerator. Later, I contacted US Appliance, and a technician named Albert came to check it out. Although the part he brought wasn’t the exact same control board, he figured out a way to make it work by adding a few connecting wires and installing the new board. Since then—since July—the refrigerator has been working perfectly! The total cost was under $450 for the parts (board and wires) plus $400 for labor, so I spent less than $850 in total. I ended up saving more than $10,000, since a new high-end JennAir refrigerator costs around $12,000 today. I’m still so grateful to Albert for his excellent service! 😀😄😊😁 ~ jae l

I recently had my washing machine repaired and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Albert was a little behind schedule but he made sure to let me know. Then he made up for it by his thorough inspection and diagnosis of the issue, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There were multiple potential diagnosis but he figured out the right one. He basically found one of my kids sock inside the pump which could have potentially caused some damage. My washer has been running perfectly ever since. In retrospect, I know it was a simple fix but what really stood out to me from Albert was his professionalism and honesty—no upselling, no unnecessary repairs, just straightforward, quality work and being thorough. The entire process from scheduling an appointment online at my convivence to fit my schedule was the first positive experience, the second was the window for the appointment, Albert was running a few minutes behind but he called before the window closed and let me know what time he would arrive, he was right on time. Third positive experience was Albert himself, friendly, knowledgeable and explained exactly how the process for repair works, possible cost involved, etc. He assured me if he couldn't fix it and if we needed a part for the refrigerator what that would look like. Thank heavens, Albert was able to fix the issue which involved a water filter component, water dispenser and ice maker. Good thing too because it's going to be 90 degrees this weekend and I like ice. Had a great experience with Albert (well - as good as you can have with a repair - hah). There qas an issue with the original part (Samsung had 2 different part #'s for the same model), so it took a bit of time to get tge right part installed, but Albert was great and explained the issue and ordered the correct part # express. He even reached out to Samsung on next steps if the part didn't fix the issue ~ Matthew W

Great experience, they came when supposed to, diag, quoted $350 for drier belt repair with new rollers for the drum. Once put back together there was a wire connector he forgot to plug in, but was quick in diag again and got us doing laundry again. All within a few hrs. Albert was at our home twice, once to diagnose the issue with our ice maker and second time to install the new part once it arrived. He was knowledgeable, communicative and he respected our home and our time. He repaired our Beko freezer and followed up to make sure we were happy with his work. Very pleased with the quick service and diagnosis of my washing machine issue. Full replacement of the faulty part plus labor was beyond my budget, so Albert came up with a more affordable temporary fix.
