Omg! If I could give a 10 star review I would.
My 25 year old built in trash compactor broke this Saturday evening so I looked for an appliance repair company.
This one seemed local and had many 5 star reviews. It also said they were open so I called them. The phone was answered by a real person who asked me for the make of the compactor and said he would check with the technician to see of he could work on it. He got right back to me and said yes and they had a 7:00 appointment!
Albert, the amazing technician, called me twice to update me on his eta as he was on the other job longer than anticipated.
When he got here he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did not give up on a very tricky situation. He found the problem and will be back to fix it when he gets the part.
I would very highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

The part was ordered and installed by Monday before 5:00 PM, which exceeded my expectations for turnaround time. Albert was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process.

Albert came to help us when the fridge stopped cooling but the freezer was still ok. They were able to schedule us in the next day from my call. Much better than Sears for our Kenmore. He got the fridge operational with a temp fix that kept us cool till the part arrived. He was very professional. Called before arriving during g the scheduled window. Cleaned up. There was no pressure and no up selling. I def recommend them. So much so that I had him come back to replace a broken panel on our dishwasher. He provided a picture of the panel for me to use a reference till the part came in. While here he checked the fridge without me saying a thing. I appreciated his care and thoughtfulness.
