Omg! If I could give a 10 star review I would. My 25 year old built in trash compactor broke this Saturday evening so I looked for an appliance repair company. This one seemed local and had many 5 star reviews. It also said they were open so I called them. The phone was answered by a real person who asked me for the make of the compactor and said he would check with the technician to see of he could work on it. He got right back to me and said yes and they had a 7:00 appointment! Albert, the amazing technician, called me twice to update me on his eta as he was on the other job longer than anticipated. When he got here he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did not give up on a very tricky situation. He found the problem and will be back to fix it when he gets the part. I would very highly recommend him for any appliance repair. ~ Kathy R

My technician was punctual, set a fair price and didn't upsell me on parts for my dishwasher repair. He explained a potential problem that might mean he would have to try a different plan to get the dishwasher working. He was right: the first fix didn't hold, and he came and fixed it at no extra charge - just for the part. Plus, it seemed like he was genuinely concerned about getting the work done right, and as quickly as possible. Incredibly fair and honest! Also, months later, the dishwasher still works great. Left the kitchen clean, was very polite, and provided helpful maintenance tips. Highly recommended for any appliance repair needs and I will definitely use them again. ~ Dan B
